Clear up confusion surrounding food fads. There is SO much misinformation online about nutrition. I can help you clarify the myths from the facts and save you time
Keep a food log with an app you use on your phone. Snap a picture of your food and get feedback. Easy peasy. Plus, knowing someone is looking over your shoulder (in a totally non-creepy way, I promise!) keeps you on track.
Develop healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime. I don't do "diets" because research shows they don't work long-term and neither do the results.
Having a dietitian on your side means you have someone to cheer you on. Eating right isn't always easy, but it's definitely attainable with someone on your team.
Appointments are available in person in my Redlands, CA office or online via a HIPAA compliant (private, encrypted) video chat or via telephone if you prefer. You can even have an appointment in your pajamas!
