Knowledge, accountability and motivation

Knowledge, accountability and motivation can go a long way to help you meet your nutrition and health goals. All nutrition plans are individualized to your personal needs, lifestyle and food preferences.

Develop Health Eating Habits

Working with a dietitian can help you to ditch dieting, clear up the confusion surrounding food fads, consume whole foods in their natural state, and learn to choose foods for your unique health concerns in a way that will optimize your health and wellbeing.

NEW! Appointments are now in-person or virtual

Services are now offered either online or in person at my new office in Redlands, California or online via a private/HIPAA compliant software so you don’t have to drive, find parking or find child-care. You can even have a nutrition appointment in your jammies if you like. 🙂
